VH Gran Ventana Beach Resort is on the beach side of the Playa Dorada complex, a 10 to 15 minute run from POP along the Carretera Luperón. Arrivals here are simple as long as the driver knows which of the complex's hotels you booked: the loop road serves several properties and the signage assumes you already know. We confirm Gran Ventana in writing before the day and drop at the main lobby where the bellman meets the car. Families arriving with small children can have car seats fitted free — send the ages when you book.
