For Playa Alicia, use Parque Mirador on Calle Sin Salida in El Batey as your street-side reference. For Playa Sosúa, specify whether you mean the El Batey entrance or the Los Charamicos entrance. If you have booked a boat trip, use the meeting point your operator sends you.
Check the walk before setting out
Ask your accommodation about the route from the street to the sand. If you use a stroller or mobility aid, ask specifically about steps, slope and surface, including the walk back uphill.
Agree where to meet on the way back
Send a pin for the road and a landmark you can see from the vehicle. Ask the driver whether stopping there is possible on the day. If access changes, agree on a nearby alternative before you walk down.
