Cabarete is the kite and windsurf town about 12 km east of Sosúa, strung along one main road facing the bay. The rate covers the whole strip: Kite Beach at the western end, the bay hotels and condos in the middle of town, Bozo Beach, the Encuentro surf break to the east, and the hillside neighbourhoods of Pro Cab and Callejón de la Loma behind town. Boards matter here — a kite quiver or a couple of surfboards will not fit in a standard sedan with four people's luggage, so tell us how many bags and boards you have and we send a van at the Standard rate rather than squeezing you into a car.
