El Encuentro Surf Lodge lists its location as Playa Encuentro on the Sosúa–Cabarete road. Our Cabarete zone includes Encuentro, so the booking form uses that zone even though the address mentions Sosúa. Send the lodge confirmation and a location pin for the final approach. The lodge is a different destination from a general meeting point on Encuentro beach.

How the pickup works

1Send your arrival flight number, date, passenger count and full hotel name. Confirm the quote in writing before travel.
2Include suitcase and equipment details, plus the ages of children who need car seats, so the vehicle can be confirmed.
3Follow your confirmed POP arrival meeting instructions and look for the driver's name sign after customs.
4Travel to the hotel address agreed in your booking. For a round trip, also provide the return flight date and number.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $45. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
