Write the three journeys separately
For example only: arrive at POP and stay in Playa Dorada, move later to Cabarete, then leave from Cabarete for POP. Record the local arrival date and flight for journey one, the moving date and agreed collection time for journey two, and the departing flight's local date and number for journey three. The example is not a timetable or a package offer. Changing hotels does not itself book transport between them.
Confirm each address, zone and quote
Use the full property names, exact entrances and map pins where needed. Check each hotel's transfer zone independently. Published airport fares describe the stated airport journey; they do not automatically price a hotel-to-hotel ride. Do not double the first hotel's fare or add airport fares to invent a moving-day price. Ask dispatch to confirm each leg, vehicle, any applicable combined-booking discount and the total in writing. Declare every planned stop before accepting the quote.
Plan the hotel change around access and luggage
Ask the first property about checkout and luggage storage and the second about check-in and receiving bags. Availability and charges depend on the properties. Agree a pickup that works with their answers. A supermarket stop, sightseeing or hours of waiting requires a separate agreement; the gap between rooms does not include a vehicle automatically. Update passenger and suitcase counts, large equipment, child-seat needs and gate-registration instructions for each journey.

Reconfirm the return from your final accommodation
Confirm the final hotel or villa as the return origin, even if the original booking named the first hotel. Ask dispatch to calculate pickup from that address using your actual departing flight and current conditions. The arrival ride's duration is not the departure allowance. If you change accommodation again, send the replacement address and obtain revised pickup and fare confirmation. Keep one current itinerary and save the contact and meeting instructions offline.
