The operator gives Av. La Confluencia, Calle Monseñor Panal, Los Corralitos, Jarabacoa. This is an inland hotel, not a beach resort. The shared Jarabacoa / Constanza fare zone does not make both towns the same destination. Ask dispatch for a current estimate to the exact hotel entrance. Arrival formalities, loading, traffic and weather add time. For the return, agree the pickup date and time from your flight requirements; a general zone estimate is not a hotel-specific guarantee.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your arrival flight number, date, passenger count and full hotel name. Confirm the quote in writing before travel.
2. 2Include suitcase and equipment details, plus the ages of children who need car seats, so the vehicle can be confirmed.
3. 3Follow your confirmed POP arrival meeting instructions and look for the driver's name sign after customs.
4. 4Travel to the hotel address agreed in your booking. For a round trip, also provide the return flight date and number.

Bigger groups and luggage

For 7–14 passengers on local routes to Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata city, Costambar, Cofresí, Maimón, Sosúa or Cabarete, add $20 Standard or $40 VIP per vehicle per journey. Larger groups and all longer group routes require a written custom quote. Declare all luggage and child seats before confirming the vehicle.
