Where Bahía Príncipe San Juan sits and where we stop

Bahía Príncipe Grand San Juan is the large all-inclusive on the coast just outside Río San Juan, about 60 to 75 minutes east of the airport past Sosúa and Cabarete. The resort has its own long entrance road and a security post that works from the arrival list, so we send the driver and vehicle details with your booking name. The road east is good but unlit at night and passes through small towns with speed bumps, which is why we plan this as a steady run rather than a fast one and why a tracked, pre-booked car is worth more here than on the short hops.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 60–75 minute drive east along the coast to the Bahía Príncipe Grand San Juan entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
