Is the $30 price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. $30 Standard covers 1–6 passengers with luggage in one private car, taxes and tolls included — the same figure whether you are two people or six. VIP is $65 for the same group in a luxury SUV or executive van. Groups of 7–14 move to a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP.

How long is the drive from POP to Blue JackTar?

10–15 min in normal traffic. Journey times are estimates; traffic and the confirmed hotel entrance can affect the arrival time. The car is yours alone, so there are no other pickups or hotel stops on the way.

Where does the driver meet us at Blue JackTar?

At POP, use the meeting instructions confirmed with your booking. For a hotel departure, agree on the vehicle meeting point and pickup time in writing; do not assume the beach entrance is accessible by car.

Is this the same price as Sosúa?

No — Playa Dorada is $30 Standard and $65 VIP one-way per vehicle, while Sosúa hotels are $35 Standard and $70 VIP. Playa Dorada is a shorter run from POP than Sosúa, so the rate is lower. If your booking is actually at a Sosúa resort, tell us the property name on WhatsApp and we quote the Sosúa rate instead.

What should I provide for a Blue JackTar condo transfer?

Send the Blue JackTar name, your booking address and any building or unit instructions. Confirm the vehicle meeting point in writing before the return journey.

Where Blue JackTar sits and where we stop

Blue JackTar is in the Playa Dorada complex. The hotel offers rooms, suites and private condos, so a reservation carrying the Blue JackTar name can refer to different accommodation arrangements. Share the building or condo details from your confirmation if applicable. For a return transfer, agree on an accessible vehicle meeting point rather than using a beach restaurant as the pickup address.

Official property information · Location checked: 2026-10-16

How the pickup works

1Send your arrival flight number, date, passenger count and full hotel name. Confirm the quote in writing before travel.
2Include suitcase and equipment details, plus the ages of children who need car seats, so the vehicle can be confirmed.
3Follow your confirmed POP arrival meeting instructions and look for the driver's name sign after customs.
4Travel to the hotel address agreed in your booking. For a round trip, also provide the return flight date and number.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $30. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
