Where Casa Colonial sits and where we stop

Casa Colonial Beach & Spa is the small luxury property at the end of the Playa Dorada beachfront, and it is deliberately understated — the entrance is discreet and a driver who has not been told the name will drive past it. We put the property on the booking, clear the vehicle at the complex gate with your name and drop under the portico. It is 10 to 15 minutes from the terminal, which makes it one of the easiest arrivals on the coast; for a late flight the value of a pre-booked car here is simply that somebody is waiting rather than that the drive is long.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive through the Playa Dorada gate to the Casa Colonial entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
