The only checkpoint is the complex gate, where security logs the vehicle and the guest name, so we send your booking name with the driver and the barrier is a formality. Several hotels share the internal loop road inside Playa Dorada, so we put the exact property on the job sheet rather than letting a driver follow signs.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

For 7–14 passengers on local routes to Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata city, Costambar, Cofresí, Maimón, Sosúa or Cabarete, add $20 Standard or $40 VIP per vehicle per journey. Larger groups and all longer group routes require a written custom quote. Declare all luggage and child seats before confirming the vehicle.
