Where New Garden Hotel Sosúa sits and where we stop

New Garden Hotel is in central Sosúa and uses our Sosúa transfer zone. Use the complete hotel name on your reservation: New Garden and Garden by the Sea are different properties. Send the booking address and confirm the vehicle entrance with the hotel. If your accommodation confirmation names Natura Village instead, send that exact name and its address; do not assume that a related property shares the same reception.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your arrival flight number, date, passenger count and full hotel name. Confirm the quote in writing before travel.
2. 2Include suitcase and equipment details, plus the ages of children who need car seats, so the vehicle can be confirmed.
3. 3Follow your confirmed POP arrival meeting instructions and look for the driver's name sign after customs.
4. 4Travel to the hotel address agreed in your booking. For a round trip, also provide the return flight date and number.

Bigger groups and luggage

For 7–14 passengers on local routes to Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata city, Costambar, Cofresí, Maimón, Sosúa or Cabarete, add $20 Standard or $40 VIP per vehicle per journey. Larger groups and all longer group routes require a written custom quote. Declare all luggage and child seats before confirming the vehicle.
