The drive from POP is 15 to 20 minutes and ends on a residential street rather than a resort driveway, so the driver pulls up at the hotel entrance itself and helps with the bags. If your group has more luggage than a sedan takes, tell us the count when you book — the streets here are narrow and a second car turning up unplanned is a nuisance for everyone.

How the pickup works

3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 15–20 minute drive east to the cliff road in El Batey and on to the Piergiorgio Palace entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

For 7–14 passengers on local routes to Playa Dorada, Puerto Plata city, Costambar, Cofresí, Maimón, Sosúa or Cabarete, add $20 Standard or $40 VIP per vehicle per journey. Larger groups and all longer group routes require a written custom quote. Declare all luggage and child seats before confirming the vehicle.
