Where Casa Linda sits and how access works

Residencial Casa Linda is the inland villa community between Sosúa and Cabarete, roughly 20 to 25 minutes from POP: off the highway, up a short access road, past a guard house and into streets of numbered private villas. There is no reception desk and no bellman, so the villa number is the whole address — send it with the name your rental is booked under and we clear the driver at the gate beforehand. Many guests here stay for weeks and want a supermarket stop on the way from the airport; tell us when you book and the driver builds it into the run instead of charging a detour. Long-stay guests also book the return leg at the same time, which locks the price.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send the community name, house or villa number, flight number and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–25 minute drive to the Casa Linda guard house and on to your villa number, with a grocery stop if you asked for one.

What we need from you

A villa or apartment is not a hotel lobby, so four details make the difference between a smooth arrival and a slow one:

• The community name exactly as your host writes it.
• The house, villa or apartment number.
• Any gate instruction, guard-list name or access code your host gave you.
• Whether the final lane is car-accessible or golf-cart only.
