Where Ocean Village sits and how access works

Sosúa Ocean Village is a gated condo and villa community on the eastern edge of Sosúa, 15 to 20 minutes from the airport. It is big enough that the community name alone is not an address: the guard needs a building and unit, and the buildings are not obvious from the entrance road. Send the reservation name, the building and the unit number, plus whoever is meeting you with keys. Self check-in with a lockbox is normal here, which is exactly why a tracked, pre-booked car matters on a late flight — there is nobody at a desk to call if a curb taxi drops you at the wrong block.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send the community name, house or villa number, flight number and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 15–20 minute drive east to the Sosúa Ocean Village gate and on to your building entrance.

What we need from you

A villa or apartment is not a hotel lobby, so four details make the difference between a smooth arrival and a slow one:

• The community name exactly as your host writes it.
• The house, villa or apartment number.
• Any gate instruction, guard-list name or access code your host gave you.
• Whether the final lane is car-accessible or golf-cart only.
