Where Playa Dorada villas sits and how access works

Playa Dorada is not only hotels: the complex holds condo blocks and villas around the golf course, rented privately and reached through the same security checkpoint as the resorts. That checkpoint is the whole arrival. The guard passes a vehicle against a registered guest name, so send the condo name, the unit number and the name your booking is under, and we register the driver in advance. The drive from POP is only 10 to 15 minutes, the shortest on the coast. Owners' managers often hand over keys in person — give us their number and we time the drop-off with them instead of leaving you at a locked door.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send the community name, house or villa number, flight number and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive to the Playa Dorada checkpoint and on to your condo or villa door inside the complex.

What we need from you

A villa or apartment is not a hotel lobby, so four details make the difference between a smooth arrival and a slow one:

• The community name exactly as your host writes it.
• The house, villa or apartment number.
• Any gate instruction, guard-list name or access code your host gave you.
• Whether the final lane is car-accessible or golf-cart only.
