Where Riu Bachata sits and where we stop

Hotel Riu Bachata is on Playa Maimón, 30 to 35 minutes west of POP, and it shares an access road and a security post with the other Riu hotels on the same beach. That is the one thing worth getting right: "Riu" at this gate describes three lobbies, not one, and a driver who only heard the brand will drop you at a neighbour's check-in with your luggage already out. We put Bachata on the job sheet and confirm it back to you in writing. The rate is the Maimón zone price for the whole vehicle, not per person.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
